1koda11 is an alternative, amorphous and anomalous artist from South India based in Berlin. Fusing elements of folk, electronica and other leftfield sensibilities into songs and tunes, they will present an evening of abstract stories woven into moments of lyrical profundity and sonic dissociation. Expect some interactive games.
Childlike Wonder is an album of alternative, progressive, electro-acoustic songs exploring the darker shades of the human experience – from psychological POVs, social stigmas, good ol‘ death, identity crisis‘ to other quirky concepts, the music is crafted with evocative lyrics and surreal musical riddles bending genre whilst rooted in rock & pop sensibilities.
The music is decadent, introspective, raw, and made from nearly a vacuum of Koda’s vision & abilities.
Childlike Wonder was hand crafted in a little room on the 8th floor of an infamous green building in Berlin starting in Jan 2023, with further musing over the record continued into 2024 with a 2025 streaming release imminent..
