Regis Molina ist ein energiegeladener Saxophonist aus Havana mit einer starken und flexiblen Spielweise: 2010 gründete er die Band The Tree-O – er spielte mit Chucho Valdez, Till Brönner und Carl Craig zusammen. Wir kennen ihn auch innerhalb der Unity 5, oder mit Kelvin Sholar – er selbst sagt es auf seiner Website so:

Ich teile die Bühne und das Studio weltweit mit renommierten Musikern und Künstlern wie Ojos de Brujo, Aloe Blacc, Jimi Tenor, Tony Allen, Lee „Scratch“ Perry, Chucho Valdes, Stars of Buena Vista Social Club, José Feliciano, Afrocuban Allstars, Helene Fischer und Samy DeLuxe. Ich bin an verschiedenen Projekten beteiligt oder mache sie selbst. Hier möchte ich Ihnen einen kleinen Einblick in mein musikalisches Schaffen geben.
