MOVING TIMES – das ist das neue Album eines „All Star Quartetts“ mit der Berliner Jazzvokalistin und „Jazzpoetin“ Esther Kaiser, dem charismatischen Gitarristen Axel Fischbacher, der zu den Spitzensolisten der europäischen Szene gehört, der vielseitigen britischen Bassistin und Cellistin Genevieve O’Driscoll und dem umtriebigen Drummer und Vibraphonist Michael Knippschild. Die weitestgehend selbst geschriebene und getextete Musik dieses Jazzgenerationen-übergreifenden Projekts kann man als Modern Urban Bebop mit Songwriter Einflüssen beschreiben

New Album MOVING TIMES May 2025
Happy to announce a new album coming in May! It´s the beautiful result of a collaboration between jazz guitarist Axel Fischbacher an me, alongside two great jazz musicians of the young european scene, Genevieve O´Driscoll (bass) and Michael Knippschild (drums/ vibes).
The album will be released on Double Moon Records (via Challenge Records NL) and it´s a pleasure to work with this lovely team!
The album cover shows a painting by canadien artist Genevieve White who painted in the process to listening to our music… we are very grateful for this collaboration!
