Mit Steffen Schleiermacher hat Clementi die CD John Cage: Voice and Piano veröffentlicht. Zu ihren weiteren Veröffentlichungen zählen Suzuki, Dehli 9 und Osam mit Tosca und tre mit The Dining Rooms. 2005 brachte sie ihr erstes Soloalbum Love is a Reason heraus. Es folgte im Jahre 2011 das Album Fräulein Annie. 2023 erschien das Album Fluxus&NeoFluxus/Stolen Symphonie Nr.1, mit Anna Clementi und anderen Interpret:innen.
