Aly Keïta comes from the West African Ivory Coast and is one of the great virtuosos of the balafon, the melodic instrument of West Africa. Already as a child, the impressive musician developed instruments. His ingenious balafon playing – oriented towards traditional African repertoire – with western jazz, delicate pop and African rhythm. A fascinating musical encounter in which he creates a link between tradition and modernity and explores modern styles with the balafon.
