Angesichts der Weltlage fällt es schwer, etwas Sinnfälliges zu sagen oder zu schreiben – sicher scheint, die Welt, die wir kannten, verändert sich, und zugegeben: ich verfalle dem immer gleichen Lamento – wann endlich kapieren die Leute, dass das geschaffene IT-System keines ist, was neutral zu betrachten wäre, sondern eines, das Leuten Macht zuspielt, die ihnen nicht gebührt – wann endlich wird die Vormachtstellung der Big Five aus Übersee gegen einen Airbus Europa getauscht – bis dahin heißt es, sich von Strohhalm zu Strohhalm retten, und dass eine Demokratie, die sich so leicht aushebeln lässt, ihren Namen im Sinn der Widerständigkeit nicht verdient hat, steht jetzt auf dem gleichen Blatt.

Würde sagen: Die Reprovinzialisierung, in die uns die übergeordneten Systeme getrieben haben, birgt auch eine Chance: sich auf das zu besinnen, was man kann, oder zumindest wieder erlernen, dass man etwas kann. Ich geh auf Konzerte und sehe sie ihre Smartphones streicheln. Ich höre Musik und denke, ob es mit der Dekonstruktion innerhalb der Musik nicht allmählich genug ist. Ich höre sie Ich Ich Ich sagen, und denke für mich, soweit entfernt von der Selbstverwirklung waren wir noch nie. Sage waren wir und denke, welches Wir? Es ist alles wirr. Aus der Architektur weiß ich, dass man nie versuchen sollte, der Natur entsprechend zu entwerfen, sonst entwirft man nur Struppiges und Kautziges – in der Musik scheint mir die Lust an der Reduplikation alles Gesehenen und Gelesenen überhand zu nehmen.

Gleich auch die Vereinfachung als Musik im Easy-Go-Modus nicht weiterführt. Aus der Musikszene immer weniger hervorsticht, was Idee, Konzept oder Leitbild sein könnte, alles wurschtelt sich etwas zurecht. Haltung wäre gefragt, Haltung war gestern. Spielwitz war gefragt, das führt zu Überreizung. Sich frei bewegen, sich frei darstellen, sich frei fühlen, das war ebenfalls gestern. Jetzt übernehmen die Systeme und die gehören nur wenigen – Sorry – da muss sich etwas ändern. Jazz sei amerikanische Musik, der Spruch war auch gestern. Jazz als Begriff ist wie gestern. Heute morgen übermorgen. Wieviel Zeit haben wir noch, wie viel davon ist verschenkt. Könnte man, sollte man. Dürfte man, könnte man.

Die Liturgie vom Stillsitzen und Zugucken. Es geht heiter weiter und am Ende war es still, um alle. Die Musik irgendwo da aus der hinteren Ecke aus dem Kofferradio spielt Elvis, Madonna oder Cherrylady, irgendwo hörst du jemanden an der Spree stehen und üben auf der Geige, dem Saxophon, seinem Akkordeon. Es wimmert der apokalyptische Dauerregen, despotisch dystopisch. Wie konnte das passieren, fragen sie sich. Und spekulierten weiter auf fallende wie steigende Kurse. Lerne Gehen ohne zu sprechen. Setz zum Gegenwind an. Hau die chromatische Leiter über den Rand. Wenn du einen hast – denn alles scheint wirr. Nehmen wir an, es gibt sie noch, die Guten. Das zumindest lässt sich vermuten.

In dem Sinn, keine Ahnung, wie lange ich das noch mitmache hier.

The liturgy of sitting still and watching. It goes on cheerfully and in the end it was quiet around everyone. The music somewhere in the back corner from the portable radio plays Elvis, Madonna or Cherrylady, somewhere you can hear someone standing by the Spree practicing the violin, the saxophone, his accordion. The apocalyptic continuous rain whimpers, despotic and dystopian. How could this happen, they asked themselves. And continued to speculate on falling and rising prices. Learn to walk without talking. Why don’t you set off into the headwind? Climb the chromatic ladder over the mind. If you still have one – because everything seems confused. Let’s assume the good guys still exist. At least that’s what we can assume.

In that sense, I don’t know how much longer I’m going to be here.
