Text B-Flat: Der Saxophonist und Komponist Jeremy Rose ist einer der führenden australischen Jazzkünstler mit über zwanzig Veröffentlichungen und Projekten, darunter The Earshift Orchestra, The Vampires, Vazesh, Visions of Nar und das Jeremy Rose Quartet. Rose ist Gründer und Leiter des Plattenlabels und Festivals Earshift Music. Rose ist auf Festivals, an Veranstaltungsorten und in Konzertsälen in ganz Australien, Europa und Großbritannien aufgetreten, darunter in Zusammenarbeit mit Kurt Rosenwinkel, Lionel Loueke und bei zwei aktuellen Projekten mit Lloyd Swanton und Chris Abrahams von The Necks. Am bekanntesten ist er für seine Arbeit mit der mit dem ARIA Award ausgezeichneten Gruppe The Vampires, die bereits sieben Alben veröffentlicht hat und regelmäßig durch Europa tourt.

Saxophonist and composer Jeremy Rose is one of Australia’s leading jazz artists with over twenty releases and projects including The Earshift Orchestra, The Vampires, Vazesh, Visions of Nar and the Jeremy Rose Quartet. Rose is the founder and director of the Earshift Music record label and festival. Rose has performed at festivals, venues and concert halls across Australia, Europe and the UK, including collaborations with Kurt Rosenwinkel, Lionel Loueke and two recent projects with Lloyd Swanton and Chris Abrahams of The Necks. He is best known for his work with the ARIA Award-winning group The Vampires, who have released seven albums and tour Europe regularly.
